These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you (the purchaser) and Raj Singh, trading as Maktab Digital ("we", "us"), a digital publications platform at maktabdigital.store, registered and operated from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
By accessing our platform or completing a purchase, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age (or have guardian consent), have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and accept these Terms unconditionally. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
Maktab Digital is a 100% digital library. All products are digital files delivered in PDF format. No physical goods are manufactured, stocked, or shipped at any time. Each purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased file(s) for individual, non-commercial, private use only. This licence does not transfer ownership or copyright.
All content on maktabdigital.store — including manuscript text, PDF layouts, cover designs, branding, and website code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Raj Singh / Maktab Digital, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India). The following are strictly prohibited:
Infringement results in immediate licence termination and may lead to legal action under Indian and international copyright law.
Subject to these Terms, you may: download and store purchased PDF file(s) on personal devices; print a single physical copy for personal, non-commercial study; and reference the materials for personal learning and development.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST at 18% as applicable under Indian law for digital educational content. The base price and GST amount are displayed separately at checkout. Maktab Digital reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price at checkout is final for that transaction.
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. — PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and RBI-regulated. Maktab Digital does not store, access, or transmit your card, UPI, or banking credentials. Accepted methods: UPI, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking.
A secure download link is dispatched to your registered email upon payment confirmation — typically within minutes, up to 10 minutes maximum. Maktab Digital is not liable for non-delivery caused by: incorrect email at checkout; spam filters; full or inactive mailboxes; or network disruptions beyond our control. Contact support@maktabdigital.store with your transaction ID for re-delivery.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference. As products are digital files delivered instantly, refunds are strictly limited to specific circumstances described in that policy.
We warrant that delivered files are free from technical defects at delivery. If a file is demonstrably corrupted, we will provide a replacement. All other warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. Maktab Digital makes no representation regarding specific learning outcomes or income results. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Maktab Digital may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments are published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
